Submitting a project quote request through this website does not create a contract. Any estimate we provide is an estimate based on the information available at the time — not a final price. Every project is backed by a separate written agreement with a detailed scope before work begins.

Before construction starts, we provide a written agreement spelling out the scope of work, materials, schedule, and investment. That signed agreement — not this website — governs your project.

We handle required permits and inspections and build to applicable local codes. Permit timelines are set by the local jurisdiction, not by us, and may affect your project schedule.

Payment amounts and schedules are set in your written project agreement. We accept cash and check unless your agreement states otherwise.

If you request changes after the agreement is signed, we will document the change, its cost, and its schedule impact in writing before proceeding.

Any warranty on workmanship or materials will be spelled out in your written project agreement.

Project photos, descriptions, and timelines on this site are examples of past work and general process — not promises about your specific project.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cooper Building Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it.

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
